The rubber ring and electrofusion dual-sealing polyethylene composite pipe is made of high-density polyethylene and reinforced materials. The high-strength reinforced material has high tensile strength,can bear 60%-70% of the internal pressure of the pipe, while retaining the flexibility of the polyethylene material.

According to the pressure rate, the diameter, quantity and number of reinforcement layers of the reinforced material are adjusted accordingly, pipe wall thickness have small change, to ensure bearing enough pressure and reduce the influence on the flow rate of the water. Each pipe has a rubber ring and electrofusion dual-sealing socket at one end, during construction process,the pipe can connect the fittings by socket-spigot joint directly, no need additional  pipe fittings.The combination of the two sealing processes of rubber ring seal and electrofusion seal,makes full use of the superior sealing performance of the rubber ring and the electric fusion fusion process, and has strong environmental adaptability after electric fusion.

GOOD RESISTANCE TO RAPID CRACK GROWTH

Hot-melt, electro-fusion connection ensures the identity of the interface material, structure and the pipe body itself, and the tensile strength and burst strength of the interface are higher than the pipe body. The co-extrude interface is clear, long-term sunshine is not easy to fade, and the depth of embedding in the pipe wall thickness is small, so as to avoid welding defects.
